What is your personalization policy?

We love helping you add a personal touch to your favorite items! Here’s what you need to know about personalized items before placing an order.

 

Once you place an order for a personalized item, there’s a one-hour window to request a cancellation. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but since we start processing orders quickly, cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at hello@beistravel.com.

 

Personalization takes a little extra time, up to 15 business daysbefore your order ships. Expedited shipping is not available for personalized products. During product launches, restocks, holidays, and high-order periods, processing may take longer. Orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items may ship separately.

 

Not all products or colors are available for personalization, but we’re always working to expand options! If an item is available to buy but not to personalize, it just means our personalization stock is temporarily unavailable.

 

Since personalized items are custom-made just for you, they’re final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. You’ll be asked to confirm this policy before completing your order, so please double-check everything before checking out!

 

Personalization doesn’t come with a warranty, and over time, it may show normal wear with regular use.

Can I cancel my personalization order?

Will my order be split into multiple shipments?

Yes, orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items may be shipped separately. Non-personalized items will ship first, while personalized items will ship once personalization is complete.

Does personalization come with a warranty?

Personalization does not have any warranty. Personalization may show normal wear over time with extended use.

How long does personalization take?

The personalization process takes additional time before your order is shipped. The estimated processing time will be shown before you add personalization to your item. Personalized items take up to 15 business days to be completed before they are shipped. Expedited shipping is not available for personalized products. 

Why is an item available for purchase but not for personalization?

We offer personalization on a limited selection of items and colors. We are working to expand these options in the future.Personalization inventory is separate from general product inventory. If an item is available for purchase but not for customization, it means personalization stock is temporarily unavailable at our personalization facility.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

No, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. Before adding a personalized item to your cart, you must agree to this policy on the product page. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
