I'm not in Asia for over a month, and this is the perfect size! Not as big as the Large Check-In Roller and slightly larger than the Medium Check-In Roller. "Beis has the best customer service. I purchased the Hybrid Check-In Roller from an authorized retailer. Part of the connector clip broke after only using it 2 times. I reached out to Customer Service and within a day, I had a response from an ACTUAL person who was genuinely interested in helping me. In a matter of a week, a new replacement luggage was sent directly to my door. I don't think I have ever received this level of care before. Beis now has a customer for life."

"I had always wanted a Beis suitcase for the longest time and while I thought the colors were beautiful, it’s also not my vibe. I like color, print, uniqueness, basically being able to see my suitcase from a mile away in the sea of single color luggage. As soon as they announced these I knew my prayers had been answered and how. They are spectacular, better than expected.
