What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
What if an item arrives broken or defective? ⌄
Items that arrive broken or defective are covered under the Quality Guarantee: request a refund or replacement within 45 days of the purchase date through the Returns and Exchanges page. Follow the prompts to submit the claim.
Who pays for return shipping? ⌄
A $10 handling fee is deducted from refunds on returns. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable, and for international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.

Yes. The bottom compartment is a separate zip section built into the bag, so shoes, toiletries, and travel essentials stay walled off from the clothes above them. When you'd rather have the room, unzip it and it converts into one spacious main compartment.
What kind of packing is it built for? ⌄
42 L covers a few days of clothes, with shoes and toiletries zipped into the bottom compartment so they aren't sitting on top of everything else. Packing bulkier layers? Unzip that divider and you get one deep 42 L space instead.
How is this different from the earlier version? ⌄
The current Weekender is lighter to carry and packs smarter. The soft wide opening was redesigned for more packing space and easier access, the padded straps are reinforced for all-day carry, the zippers are upgraded, and the bottom compartment now unzips to convert into one spacious main compartment.
What keeps keys from getting lost in it? ⌄
A built-in key leash clips them in place, so you're not digging through a packed bag at the rental car counter.
