I have three maple suitcases on different sides I have the tote a book bag and the two weekenders in different sizes what I am concerned about beis it is the costumer service. This is horrible no phone number to call and when you email them this is a back and forth with no answer and no help at all . My suitcase I ordered personalized and they never did it plus it is a negative plus I won’t buy no more from them"
