How Do I Earn Points?

Every time you make a purchase on our site you will earn 1 point per $1 spent. Please visit our Rewards page to view other ways to earn points.

Will my purchases prior to launch of the loyalty program count towards points?

No, All Purchases will be counted toward points after launch date of rewards program August 4th 2020.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance by clicking the account icon at the top right of the website.

Will I receive points for my previous purchases?

Yes, you will receive points for all past purchases starting from August 4th 2020.

Do points expire?

Yes, they expire after 1 year of inactivity.  What does "inactivity" mean? In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any points within the selected time frame.

Customers who exceed 1 year without earning or redeeming points will lose their accrued point balance.

Does my tier status expire?

Yes, customers keep their tier status for a minimum of 12 months and have 12 months to either maintain or upgrade their status. 

For example, a customer who crossed the tier entry threshold on March 3rd, 2019 will retain that tier until March 3rd, 2020 (assuming all other requirements are met).

Can I redeem all my points at once?

No, we offer $10, $20, and $30 discount redemptions. We also give customers the option to redeem their points for products. Points and punch cards can only be redeemed once per week.

Can I redeem an unlimited number of points?

No, you can redeem your points in increments of 100 ($10), 200 ($20), and 300 ($30) points at a time. Points and punch cards can only be redeemed once per week.

Do I need to make a minimum purchase to use my points?

Yes, you must spend a minimum of $20 (before taxes and shipping) in order to redeem any points for discounts or redeem points for products.

I received a referral from a friend. Do I need to spend a minimum amount to receive my $15 off?

Yes, you must have at least $100 worth of items in your cart in order for the $15 discount to be applied and for the advocate to receive 150 points. 

My friend sent me a referral. How do I access my $15 coupon?

Once you are referred by a friend you will receive an email containing a link that will you back to beistravel.com. Once you are directed to the site you will receive a pop up with your coupon code. You must make a minimum purchase of $100 to receive your discount. Please copy the code and apply it at checkout to receive your discount. Is there a cap on the number of referrals received or given?

Yes, customers can be rewarded up to 100 times through the referral program.

How does the Punch Card feature work?

The Punch Card rewards you for making a certain number of purchases. Once you make 5 purchases on beistravel.com you will receive 200 points.

You must be logged in to earn points.

How often can I redeem my punch cards?

Punch cards can only be redeemed once per week.

Can I earn points for reviewing every single product I've purchased?

No, review requests are sent for 1 product per transaction. Review requests are typically sent 9-14 days after the product is purchased with a limit of 3 total. You can recieve points only for reviews left through the review request email. 

When will I see my points in my account?

Points will be credited to your account once your order has shipped. You will receive an shipping notification via email once it is shipped.
