"Love the maple set! Its a beautiful color. The handle is so comfy and its super functional with all the organization inside. I opted for the maple as to hide marks from trips. I really liked the beige and green colors but ultimately went with the maple. Super excited to take to Europe. I got the small carry on as I wanted to make sure it met International standards and its perfect! I also love my bags I purchased. The expandable book bag in Beige and the work tote in maple. Both have trolley sleeves which im super excited about. Can't wait to try these out in Europe!"

"This is the BEIS(T) decision I made when I chose this suitcase. Other brands would require the jumbo size for storage however this suitcase holds so much for its size. The interior and exterior shows quality craftsmanship and the interior components are well thought out."
Bed second checked luggage
"I was very disappointed when after my third use of suitcase the wheel of second checked piece of luggage broke. Contacted Beis and after I provided all necessary information pertaining to the purchase of the luggage as well as pictures of the damaged item, a replacement was shipped to my home free of charge and I also got to keep the damaged item. I am very pleased with the solution."

"Great luggage , solid and the wheels are so much better than what my old luggage had. TSA locks are nice and so is the indicator that shows when your baggage is over 50 pounds. The inside is very organized and you can buy small bags that make it even more convenient and organized. It really is a solid buy!"

"Excellent choice for a travel longer than few days. Easy to push or pick up at the airport or walking. Impressed even on carpet the four wheels were in good standing. The adjustment of the holder was great for all height. Having deep pockets great when hiding items not talisman out when opened. Understand young people like the style but mature person like myself appreciate the weight of the suitcase and how easy to move around with"

Replacement please!!!
"Let me first say that I do love my luggage. Unfortunately, my luggage arrived with one of the snaps broken on the straps so since this was a final sale and they WON'T send me a replacement, I rated accordingly. It's very unfortunate because this was an error on their part that I received a defective piece of luggage. For that, I should receive a waiver for a replacement, not a refund because I really do like the luggage and own several items from Béis! However, as a result of the broken snap on the strap, I'm unable to use it."
