Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. For personalized styles please allow up to 15 days for processing and fulfillment. Expedited shipping is not available for personalized products. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. We appreciate your patience as we transition to a new warehouse and look forward to improved transit times soon! Transit times are calculated on checkout. Many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.

We are unable to edit the contents of orders and shipping methods after they have been placed. Customers have a one-hour window to request a cancellation or address edit. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
