IMPORTANT HOLIDAY PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to increased demand, please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping (including expedited shipping orders). You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available. Transit times are calculated on checkout. Many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.
We are unable to edit the contents of orders and shipping methods after they have been placed. Customers have a one-hour window to request a cancellation or address edit. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
