What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Does luggage have a warranty? ⌄
Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.
Can items be exchanged for a different color? ⌄
Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

Spot clean only. The bag is made from recycled polyester, virgin polyester, and nylon webbing.

Yes, that is exactly what the Mini Weekender was built to be: the personal item that earned its place, with a trolley pass-through that slides over your roller handle and zips shut to become an extra pocket.
Is it comfortable to carry when full? ⌄
The straps are reinforced and padded for all-day carry, and the whole bag has a lighter overall design, so it is more comfortable to carry. When you have a roller with you, the trolley pass-through slides securely onto it.
What keeps small things from getting lost inside? ⌄
A built-in key leash clips your keys to the bag so they never sink to the bottom, and the zip clip closure keeps the main opening secured. Organizational pockets handle the rest of the little stuff.

"It definitely holds a lot for a mini version of anything. I love the underneath compartment and the fact that it fits under an airplane seat as a personal item. I didn't give it five stars because of the design/aesthetics. I MUCH prefer the OG design to the new. It just looked classier, more high end and more aesthetically pleasing. "I love how much this bag can hold. It’s spacious and worked well for me. I can’t say it’s a true carry on that can fit under an airplane seat unless you turn it on it’s side. I put this bag in the over head and packed a smaller canvas bag to hold items that I needed during the flight. I was okay with that. Just keep that in mind if you are thinking about this bag. It’s too bulky to fit under airplane seat plus extend your legs. Functionally it worked to hold the items I needed."
