Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Can items be exchanged for a different color? ⌄
Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

"Beautiful color; depth inside was spacious enough for a plush throw, small neck pillow, small purse, IPad. The bottom zipper compartment feature is deep enough for two pairs of shoes. The setup of the Weekender was very easy to do; zippers are hard yet soft enough for closure without added pressure. The strap was easy to put on so that it could be used on my shoulder. The outside opening was a great added feature so that it fit over the Carryon-and the small hideaway pocket for a book. Great purchase!!"

"It definitely holds a lot for a mini version of anything. I love the underneath compartment and the fact that it fits under an airplane seat as a personal item. I didn't give it five stars because of the design/aesthetics. I MUCH prefer the OG design to the new. It just looked classier, more high end and more aesthetically pleasing. "I love how much this bag can hold. It’s spacious and worked well for me. I can’t say it’s a true carry on that can fit under an airplane seat unless you turn it on it’s side. I put this bag in the over head and packed a smaller canvas bag to hold items that I needed during the flight. I was okay with that. Just keep that in mind if you are thinking about this bag. It’s too bulky to fit under airplane seat plus extend your legs. Functionally it worked to hold the items I needed."
