Do bulk orders qualify for Free Shipping?

Bulk order shipping is free for standard shipping. For any expedited shipping, there will be an additional cost that will be provided to you based on unit amount and shipping location. Our bulk order specialist will work with our shipping team to provide expedited shipping quotes.

Are all items available for bulk orders?

We do our best to offer our entire assortment, but we are sometimes limited based on product availability.

Do bulk orders qualify for points in your Rewards program?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do promotions or discount codes apply to bulk or corporate gifting orders?

Bulk and corporate gifting orders are not eligible for standard promotions, discount codes, or sitewide sales offered on our website.

These orders are processed separately from regular consumer purchases and are priced based on volume, customization, and fulfillment requirements. Because of this, they are not able to be combined with additional promotional offers.

What is the return and exchange policy if these are for a special event?

All corporate gifting items are final sale. Should an item be delivered in less-than-perfect condition or defective after use, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@beistravel.com.
