"Love everything about this bag, but wish the laptop sleeve was just a little bigger! It just barely fits my MacBook Air 15". And I have to take my very thin case off of the MacBook to get it to even barely fit in the sleeve. Other than that it's gorgeous, and the sleeve is the only downfall!"

The only reason I took a star--it is a little different than expected when I watched reviews. The trolly pocket had an extra zippered pocket for passport/phone---mine does not. Inside organization a bit different than the reviews I watched and expected. With that said-I would still buy it over and over."

"Love this spacious tote that has a sleeve and compartment to secure a lap top and space forcother I bought the tote in black last year and added the maple one (it was on sale) this month. The tote is durable and carries everything needed for businness and personal trips. The only con is placing it under a seat during airline travel is difficult. I have a small bag that I take out during flights and placing a travel lock on the case to secure it in overhead bins."

Also came with a minor imperfection, a spot thats rubbed off. The bag is sturdy and looks nice, but I definitely wouldn’t have upsized if I knew what I know now."
