Can I stack multiple discount codes for my order?
No, discounts and discount codes cannot be stacked. Black Friday discounts are automatically applied at checkout, while supplies last.
So… are there any exclusions from the sitewide sale?
Promotions cannot be used in combination with bundle discounts, bulk orders or corporate gifting. Discounts also cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the promotional period. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
What about restrictions on rewards points during the sale?
We only do savings like this once a year, so no stacking of discounts is allowed (for example, you can’t redeem rewards vouchers as well as another discount in one purchase). But, don’t worry — you’ll still earn points on your order! Consider it a little gift towards your current self, and your future self.
If something sells out, will it restock during the sale?
We’ll be releasing all of our stock at once at the beginning of the sale, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
What is the return and exchange policy for items bought during the 25% off sale?
Items bought during the 25% off sale can be returned or exchanged.
I’m a little indecisive… can I exchange a sale item for a different color?
Yes, items bought during the 25% off sale can be exchanged.
How is my spot in line determined?
Up until 9 AM, all spots in line are randomized. Entering the waiting room earlier will not increase your chances — everyone is added at random to keep things as fair as possible! You may see fluctuations in your position based on the calculations by the waiting room technology — just hang tight, it will load in real time!
Once I have the item in my cart, is it reserved?
No! Items can still sell out while they’re in your cart — we recommend checking out ASAP to secure your item.

I’m serious about scoring one of these items — when do the flash sales start?
We love the excitement. The first flash sale will be November 24th at 9 AM PST — set your alarms and mark your calendars! The waiting room will open at 8:00 AM PST each day (please note: all priority is randomized up until the sale starts at 9 AM PST when you’ll be officially placed in line, so you don’t have to stress about keeping your computer tabs open for hours in advance — we’ve got you).
How does getting in line work?
If you visit the product page for the item leading up to the flash sale, you’ll be taken to the waiting room. The flash sale will start at 9 AM PST, which is when you officially get your spot in line and you’ll be able to track your progress in real time. Once you make it to the front, you’ll enter the flash sale page and will have five minutes to check out with 1 item per order, while supplies last. If the item sells out, you’ll get a message, but don’t worry — you’ll still be able to shop the rest of the sitewide sale and snag the same product at 25% off.
How many Flash Sale items can I buy?
We want as many people to get in on the sale as possible, so only one Flash Sale item is allowed per cart per day.
Can I combine other discounts with Flash Sale prices?
Nope! Discounts cannot be stacked.
Can I return or exchange a Flash Sale item?
Flash Sale items can be returned for a refund or for store credit of purchase value. Flash Sale item discount can not be applied to any other item.
