"I’ve been a fan of BÉIS for a while. I previously owned the Large Work Tote, now have the smaller Work Tote, and recently purchased the luggage bundle with the Carry-On, Medium Check-In, and Large Check-In. I took the Large Check-In on a recent trip, and it did its thing! It felt sturdy, held everything I needed, and held up well throughout the trip. With black luggage, you have to expect some scuffs or dents from the way bags are handled at airports, but durability-wise, I had no issues. I also appreciated the thoughtful features, including the small storage bags, the handle that allows me to slide my purse or work tote over it, and the extra hook for hanging another bag or item. I didn’t use the TSA lock this time because I was packing at the last minute, but I plan to try it on a future trip. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and haven’t experienced any issues. I can’t wait to use the other sizes next. The Large Check-In was a great first test of the full set!"

I have three maple suitcases on different sides I have the tote a book bag and the two weekenders in different sizes what I am concerned about beis it is the costumer service. This is horrible no phone number to call and when you email them this is a back and forth with no answer and no help at all . My suitcase I ordered personalized and they never did it plus it is a negative plus I won’t buy no more from them"
