What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.

Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.

Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

"I was really excited to purchase the olive green tote and carry on for an upcoming trip. However, I accidentally entered my incorrect mailing address and the products never arrived in time for my trip. Love the suitcase but miss the compression divider

"I absolutely love the suitcase and the Mickey covers. However, if there’s one thing that would’ve maybe changed my mind about purchasing this would’ve been how I known that it no longer comes with the compression divider and the fact that you can’t even buy it separately. I’m not gonna return the bag however I would’ve not purchased how I known that upfront. The quality is great. I’m not sure why they kept the buttons for the divider, but yet don’t come with it or give you the option to buy. I hope somebody reads this and actually makes the change where at least you can purchase it separately because I would. Love your products, don’t cheap out on the divider please. You have great quality and extra great quality such as tsa lock, built in 50 lbs scale, please sell the divider."
