Finished with aluminum corner guards, a subtly textured exterior, and refined hardware, it’s built to handle the journey while keeping things looking polished.

Smaller than our original carry-on and built to meet airline size requirements—so the only thing getting checked is your outfit.

What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Does luggage have a warranty? ⌄
Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.
Who pays for return shipping? ⌄
A $10 handling fee is deducted from refunds on returns. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable, and for international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
How does the coupling system work? ⌄
The Coupling System is a built-in connector (patent pending) that links any combination of Hybrid rollers into one secure rolling unit for a clean, connected roll through the terminal. The integrated connector handle doubles as a sturdy handle for easy lifting.
Will it fit in an overhead bin? ⌄
The Hybrid Carry-On measures 22" H x 14" L x 9" D (55.5 x 35.5 x 23 cm) and is built to meet airline carry-on size requirements, making it smaller than the original BÉIS Carry-On Roller. It also expands up to 2" for extra capacity, which pushes it past those stated dimensions, so check your specific airline's carry-on limits before you pack it full.
How much does it hold? ⌄
Capacity is 35L, or 41L with the 2" expansion open. The interior uses a butterfly opening with U-zip compartments, two mesh pockets, stretch fabric borders, and 4-point compression straps, plus a hanging zip pocket and an included pouch set for shoes, laundry, or damp items.
What is the shell made of? ⌄
The shell is 100% virgin polycarbonate with reinforced aluminum corner protectors. Inside, the lining is polyester, the trim is leather, the zippers are nylon, and the hardware is metal and plastic. Care is spot clean only.
How does it hold up to rough handling? ⌄
Impact protection comes from the polycarbonate hard shell with reinforced aluminum corner protectors at the four corners, where luggage takes the worst hits. The zippers are puncture-resistant double coil with double-coated bumpers that resist scuffs, and the 55mm Hinomoto suspension wheels are built for a more stable roll on uneven surfaces. Spot clean only.

Can it be tracked if it goes missing? ⌄
There's a hidden AirTag pocket inside for a tracker, plus a metal charm bar on the exterior for luggage tags and personalization. The TSA-approved lock with gap-free tapered zippers keeps the main compartment closed while it's out of your hands.
What's the bag hook for? ⌄
The built-in bag hook holds up to 50 lbs, so a loaded personal item or duffle can hang off the roller instead of your shoulder. It also folds out into a phone stand for when you're parked at the gate.

"I wanted to purchase a bag that I did not have to hold my breath in hopes it does not get flagged for being oversized and has to be checked. This bag meets the size requirements for a carry on. It is well constructed, has good organizational features has a lock, TSA approved and two pouches. It comes in a cloth bag with a drawstring so will stay protected when not in use. No more worries at the gate for me!"

"Overall, this is an amazing case. The new feature where you can connect it to the other case in the line is so fantastic and that was the main reason why I wanted to purchase it.
