What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
What if an item arrives broken or defective? ⌄
Items that arrive broken or defective are covered under the Quality Guarantee: request a refund or replacement within 45 days of the purchase date through the Returns and Exchanges page. Follow the prompts to submit the claim.

A $10 handling fee is deducted from refunds on returns. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable, and for international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.

The bottom compartment zips open and closed on its own to keep shoes and toiletries away from your clothes, and it's built into the bag rather than detachable. Unzip it and the divider rolls back so the whole bag becomes one deep main compartment.

42 L is the whole idea here: enough room for a few days of clothes, with shoes and toiletries kept in the zip bottom compartment so they aren't sitting on top of everything else. Unzip that compartment and you get one deep 42 L space when you're packing bulkier layers. BÉIS built it for weekends away, overnight stays, and every trip that calls for just one bag.
Can it ride on a suitcase handle? ⌄
Yes. The trolley pass-through slides securely onto your roller so the Weekender rides your suitcase instead of your shoulder through the terminal, and when you zip it closed it doubles as an extra pocket.
How is this different from the older version? ⌄
The current Weekender is lighter to carry and packs smarter, with a redesigned soft wide opening that creates more packing space and easier access, reinforced padded straps for all-day carry, and upgraded zippers. The bottom compartment also gained the option to unzip and convert into one spacious main compartment.
