Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website. Exchanges are free. Returns for store credit are free. Returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a $10 handling fee.

Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days to ship. Express and Next Day Air orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 business days to ship. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order ships. During product launches, restocks, and promotional periods, allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

Personalization is offered on a limited selection of items and colors. If the option does not appear on the product page, personalization stock for that item may be temporarily unavailable.
