What is the return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website. Exchanges are free. Returns for store credit are free. Refund returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, issued back to the original payment method.
What if the tote arrives damaged or defective?

If the tote arrives broken or defective, a refund or replacement can be requested within 45 days. Visit the Returns and Exchanges page and select the Quality Guarantee option, then follow the prompts.
How long does order processing take?

Orders take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, and promotional periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as the order ships.
Can this tote be personalized or monogrammed?

Personalization is not currently available for this tote. BÉIS offers personalization on a limited selection of items and colors; availability may expand over time.
Is this bag covered by the luggage warranty?

The Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty applies to BÉIS luggage (carry-on and check-in rollers) only. The Work Tote is covered instead by the standard 45-day return and Quality Guarantee policy.
