Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website. Exchanges are free. Returns for store credit are free. Returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a $10 handling fee.
What if the bag arrives damaged or defective? ⌄
If the bag arrives broken or defective, the Quality Guarantee covers a refund or replacement when reported within 45 days of purchase. Visit the Returns and Exchanges page, select the Quality Guarantee option, and follow the prompts.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days to ship. Express and Next Day Air orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 business days to ship. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order ships. During product launches, restocks, and promotional periods, allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

Personalization is offered on a limited selection of items and colors. If the option does not appear on the product page, personalization stock for that item may be temporarily unavailable. Personalized items take up to 10 business days to process before shipping, expedited shipping is not available, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty applies to BÉIS carry-on and check-in hard luggage only, not to bags. The Weekender is covered by the standard Quality Guarantee: if it arrives broken or defective, a refund or replacement is available within 45 days of purchase.
