Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the purchase date. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached and packaging intact. "The bag is well made and all the pockets are wonderful. The colors appear to be very true to the online photos which I'm normally worried about with darker colors. My only knock against this bag is how big it is. The name makes it seem like it would be a little smaller. This is more of a "3 day weekend"er bag. It definitely (if packed full) will not fit under a seat but the bag has a nice button system along the zipper ends to fold the bag smaller when not fully packed which then I think would fit under a seat. If your a person who packs for a weekend like it's a 4 day holiday this is a good bag, if you tend to pack lighter I think this bag would be too big and the Weekender mini would work better."
