"I’m obsessed with this diaper bag! The removable pouch is great for quick short trips, and it’s perfectly organized! If I could change anything, I wish the removable front pouch attached via clips instead of the hook/loops, and I wish the insulated pocket was just a tiny bit taller. When there are 3 8oz Dr. Browns bottles and an ice pack, it can be tough to zip. I also wish the zipper went down over up instead of up over down. But these are small nit-picky things, overall the diaper bag is great! It always has plenty of room, it’s durable, and I love how intentional the pocket placement is - especially the phone pocket in the strap!"

"This bag is a beast. I wanted a larger bag for travel that could fit my work laptop in addition to baby items. It definitely met that objective but once it’s packed and loaded, it’s heavy and large. Note that the detachable fanny pack needs to be removed for it to fit under the seat on a plane. Even then it’s a tight fit (and difficult to remove when the bag is full). I docked a star for that. Otherwise, it met my objectives and love the wipe pockets and fold out changing pad. I’ll keep using for travel but this is over the top for day to day use especially if you just have one child."
"We received the backpack and my daughter is happy with it so far. It is very large and appears to be very well made. The only issue I have with the whole purchase experience is when I bought it, the website had it listed for the sale price of $118. 00 and it said that free personalization was available for this bag. When I added the personalization, it changed the price of the bag in the cart to the full price, not the sale price. Ultimately the free personalization was not available at the sale price event though it was advertised. We were disappointed. I was going to contact BEIS but the bag shipped so quickly (which was great, of course!) that there was no time to speak to someone in order to get it resolved."
