Unfortunately when I returned from NZ,I noticed a dream was coming loose where the strap was attached. I just notified Beis because I really, really loved the product and they need to know if something has gone wrong, for future customers. I didn't expect much response, but they exceeded my expectations and responded super quickly. They asked for photos and lot numbers, and before I even knew it, a new one was shipped to me. It comfortably held 3 iPhones, my car keys, lip glosses, cash, and credit cards, with room to spare.
