What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.

Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.

Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.
Can items be exchanged for a different color? ⌄
Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

"It definitely holds a lot for a mini version of anything. I love the underneath compartment and the fact that it fits under an airplane seat as a personal item. I didn't give it five stars because of the design/aesthetics. I MUCH prefer the OG design to the new. It just looked classier, more high end and more aesthetically pleasing. Where have you been on my life!?!

"Oh my gosh! I have been obsessively searching for the perfect Personal item to go with my carry-on and this is it! (Third times a charm!) I did not start traveling until I was in my 60s and I still don’t travel a whole lot. I’m pretty particular about how I travel. But this Mini Weekender in Atlas pink seems absolutely perfect for me. I did a ton of research about the features I wanted. On my last trip to San Francisco, there was a couple with what looked like would be my perfect personal item.
