I really like it

"I absolutely love this carry-on! The quality is amazing, it feels sturdy, and it rolls so smoothly. It has plenty of space, and all the thoughtful details make traveling so much easier. If I had to be really picky, I’d say the telescopic handle is a little stiff when pulling it up or pushing it down, but it’s a very minor thing and doesn’t take away from how great this suitcase is. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!"

Terrible Customer ServiceZ

"I’m very disappointed in the customer service! I’ve been a Beis customer for YEARS! I purchased 2 medium checked luggage’s many years ago and decided to purchase a new carry on in the same color and it’s a different beige! Contacted customer service and they were no help/ rude. It will be my last purchase with Beis. My sister needed new luggage’s as well but told her to take her business elsewhere."

"The large suitcase is amazing and I have just good things about this suitcase. I have three maple suitcases on different sides I have the tote a book bag and the two weekenders in different sizes what I am concerned about beis it is the costumer service. This is horrible no phone number to call and when you email them this is a back and forth with no answer and no help at all . My suitcase I ordered personalized and they never did it plus it is a negative plus I won’t buy no more from them"

Price adjustments not honored

"I bought this suitcase for an upcoming vacation and very shortly after I purchased the suitcase the price was dropped substantially. When I reached out to customer support requesting a price adjustment they denied the request and stated I would have to return the suitcase and repurchase to get the newly discounted price. Disappointing customer service from a supposed premium brand. Incredibly disheartening."
