LOVE this carry on

"I was waiting until after I used this carry on to write a review. First off the suitcase is stunning. I got the brown color and it's so beautiful and chic. Love the zipper to make it bigger as well. Came in super handy on my way back from vacation when you just want to throw everything in and not think about it. It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on both airlines I traveled on. The handle is SO comfortable and it rolls like a dream. Both my teens asked me to buy them one next because the difference between my Beis and their carry ons was incredible. Definitely a loyal costumer now and can't wait to slowly switch all our carry ons to this one. Great job Beis!"

"I love the new beige luggage . It’s gorgeous . The only thing I miss about the renovation is the compression panel . The snaps are still there so maybe there will be an option to purchase the panel soon ! It rolls great too. BÉIS luggage is the best !"

Recently, the expander zipper came off, which was especially surprising because I rarely use the expansion feature. Small but mighty

"Really like this new color (pink). My daughter has the old color and I thought it was pretty too. I ordered the carry-on and the weekender I bought with my points. Great deal😊 I took it to the casino once and I’m going on a cruise and will be taking it too. It rolls so nicely. Love the packing capacity. I’ll be interested in seeing how it does on airplanes with scratches? So far I’m really loving this bag."

"I am not thrilled with their email 1 to 2 days reponses. I was gifted the large suitcase. I purchased the carry-on set. It arrived swiftly but it does not match the suitcase. Their reponse is they changed colors. That .eans they should not named it the same pink or advertise as new pink. I am also disaabled and needed bags to connect. Well that did not work as well. They wanted me to send a video and then another video. Now they have order number, now they want me to send the model number from i side the suitcase. Since i i was using for my birthday travel, thats when i realized no connection was working. I sendind them emails as i was traveling and they told a refund or exchange is for unused merchandise. I do not recommend this company"
