"I was really excited to purchase the olive green tote and carry on for an upcoming trip. However, I accidentally entered my incorrect mailing address and the products never arrived in time for my trip. When I reached out to ask what happened with the bags, they double checked my address and we discovered my error. The team was so quick to respond and beyond helpful to help me get my bags. While I didn't receive them in time for my trip they were here when I returned. Needless to say I LOVE the color and quality. So excited for my next trip!"
"I absolutely love the suitcase and the Mickey covers. However, if there’s one thing that would’ve maybe changed my mind about purchasing this would’ve been how I known that it no longer comes with the compression divider and the fact that you can’t even buy it separately. I’m not gonna return the bag however I would’ve not purchased how I known that upfront. The quality is great. I’m not sure why they kept the buttons for the divider, but yet don’t come with it or give you the option to buy. I hope somebody reads this and actually makes the change where at least you can purchase it separately because I would. Love your products, don’t cheap out on the divider please. You have great quality and extra great quality such as tsa lock, built in 50 lbs scale, please sell the divider."
