"I've been wanting the Hybrid Check-In Roller since it was first released, but since I already had a Large and Medium, I let it pass me by at least twice. I'm not in Asia for over a month, and this is the perfect size! Not as big as the Large Check-In Roller and slightly larger than the Medium Check-In Roller. The espresso brown color is also perfection! ☕️"
"Beis has the best customer service. I purchased the Hybrid Check-In Roller from an authorized retailer. Part of the connector clip broke after only using it 2 times. I reached out to Customer Service and within a day, I had a response from an ACTUAL person who was genuinely interested in helping me. In a matter of a week, a new replacement luggage was sent directly to my door. I don't think I have ever received this level of care before. Beis now has a customer for life."

"I had always wanted a Beis suitcase for the longest time and while I thought the colors were beautiful, it’s also not my vibe. I like color, print, uniqueness, basically being able to see my suitcase from a mile away in the sea of single color luggage. As soon as they announced these I knew my prayers had been answered and how. They are spectacular, better than expected. The divisions inside make my inner organizer feel tingly and the fact that they attach to each other like a luggage worm is so helpful for me because I usually travel with family in a wheelchair and I’ve found myself in multiple situations where I have to do all the carrying and wheeling and being able to use one hand to take all the luggage and one hand free for the wheelchair makes me so happy because now I have a solution to a problem I always have but now I don’t even have to think of a solution cause Beis gave it to me… in a pretty print!"
