The Roller is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty that applies for the reasonable lifespan of the materials. Covered issues include cracks or breaks in the shell, broken wheels or handles, and zippers that fail. Cosmetic wear, airline handling damage, commercial use, and weight‑indicator inaccuracies after 30 days are excluded. Approved claims are replaced and shipped at no cost after receipt and review.

"Very disappointed that it does not have the snap in divider that fits under the strap side of the luggage. The snaps are there, but the divider is not included with this piece like it is in the large check-in bag. . Without this divider, unless you have your clothes in a compression bag, they potentially fall out from under the straps. Emailed customer service a couple of times regarding the divider, not being included even though the snaps for it are present in the bag and they have not been able to confirm whether or not it should have been included."
