"Love the maple set! Its a beautiful color. The handle is so comfy and its super functional with all the organization inside. I opted for the maple as to hide marks from trips. I really liked the beige and green colors but ultimately went with the maple. Super excited to take to Europe. I got the small carry on as I wanted to make sure it met International standards and its perfect! I also love my bags I purchased. The expandable book bag in Beige and the work tote in maple. Both have trolley sleeves which im super excited about. Can't wait to try these out in Europe!"

Contacted Beis and after I provided all necessary information pertaining to the purchase of the luggage as well as pictures of the damaged item, a replacement was shipped to my home free of charge and I also got to keep the damaged item. The adjustment of the holder was great for all height. Having deep pockets great when hiding items not talisman out when opened.
