What is the return policy? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase if they're brand new, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging, and were purchased directly from beistravel.com. Exchanges are free for the same product in a different color (pending availability). Returns for store credit are free; refunds to the original payment method are issued minus a $10 handling fee. Shipping fees (and international duties/taxes) are non-refundable. Personalized items and Archive Event items are final sale. Purchases made through retail partners follow that retailer's policy.

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days; personalized items may take up to 10 business days. During launches, restocks, U.S. holidays, or promotions, processing may extend to 5–7 business days. U.S. orders ship via UPS, USPS, or OnTrac; DHL handles most international shipments. Shipping to PO Boxes is unavailable.
What does the warranty cover? ⌄
The Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty covers cracks or breaks in the shell; wheels, handles, and telescoping handles that break off or become unusable; zippers that break or no longer open/close; and fabric tears considered defects outside normal wear and tear. It excludes cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, dings, dents, stains, color change), airline-handling damage, weight-indicator handle issues after 30 days, and damage from misuse or commercial use. To file a claim, email hello@beistravel.com with proof of purchase, photos of the defect, a written reason for the claim, and your contact info. Approved claims receive a prepaid shipping label, and a replacement is shipped within ~60 days of receipt (which may differ in color, make, or size).
