I purchased 2 medium checked luggage’s many years ago and decided to purchase a new carry on in the same color and it’s a different beige! Contacted customer service and they were no help/ rude. Fantastic Diaper Bag

"I’m obsessed with this diaper bag! The removable pouch is great for quick short trips, and it’s perfectly organized! If I could change anything, I wish the removable front pouch attached via clips instead of the hook/loops, and I wish the insulated pocket was just a tiny bit taller. When there are 3 8oz Dr. Browns bottles and an ice pack, it can be tough to zip. I also wish the zipper went down over up instead of up over down. But these are small nit-picky things, overall the diaper bag is great! It always has plenty of room, it’s durable, and I love how intentional the pocket placement is - especially the phone pocket in the strap!"
