"Well worth the money. The deep pockets and multiple layers of storage make it very efficient when traveling with a family. The hard shell is durable, but still flexible when storing in a vehicle trunk. The rollers are the smoothest I’ve ever experienced and the comfortable handle grip is a nice benefit. "Very disappointed that it does not have the snap in divider that fits under the strap side of the luggage. The snaps are there, but the divider is not included with this piece like it is in the large check-in bag. . Without this divider, unless you have your clothes in a compression bag, they potentially fall out from under the straps. Emailed customer service a couple of times regarding the divider, not being included even though the snaps for it are present in the bag and they have not been able to confirm whether or not it should have been included."
