The Roller is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty that applies for the reasonable lifespan of the materials. Covered issues include cracks or breaks in the shell, broken wheels or handles, and zippers that fail. Cosmetic wear, airline handling damage, commercial use, and weight‑indicator inaccuracies after 30 days are excluded. Approved claims are replaced and shipped at no cost after receipt and review.

Fantastic bag!

"Just returned from a 2 week trip to London and Paris and couldn’t be happier with the performance of my new medium check-in. I opted for the black to eliminate marks from airline handling and it worked: no scuffs, dents, or other damage can be seen. Packing was a breeze! I was afraid I would go over the 50lb limit but I actually was under by 7lbs. So many clothes and accessories fit perfectly! I used previously purchased packing cubes from another brand but packed according to Beis suggestions. I filled the plastic zippered pocket with my own plastic toiletries case for extra protection. The dirty clothes bag came in so handy and I love the hidden Apple tag pocket. Zippers held up so well and the TSA locks were easy to set. The wheels were a selling point for me and they worked like a dream on cobblestones and carpets. I also love the zippered compartment for larger clothes items like jackets and dresses. The new design of compression belts weren’t a problem. This is a quality piece of luggage and I plan to buy more pieces. Fantastic luggage!"

"I was so excited for my Béis luggage when I ordered it and received. However, the first time I used the shell got damaged so easy. Scratches were on the shell and handle. This luggage are so expensive and paid top money for them to be so sensative like this. I would love to get a refund or replace. I’ve only used it twice and those times were just for road trips not even flights. I’m so concern what would happen wheb I do use it for a flight. Béis should really upgrade their luggages and make them with a more resilient shell."
