WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re dissatisfied with a product for any reason at all and would like to return them, get in touch with us at email@example.com. Orders placed on Revolve.com or Nordstrom should be returned to the specific retailer .
You must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your item(s). If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange at this time.
All returns should have original tags and the items should be visibly unused.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for any products lost in transit. Duties & taxes for international orders are non-refundable. To return your product mail Béis items to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after the product is received.
All transactions made through the site are subject to Beis’ return policy in effect at the time of purchase.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item arrives broken or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a refund will be provided at Beis’ discretion.
