WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.beistravel.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Please note we do not offer exchanges. 

To request a return, email us at hello@beistravel.com, include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us at hello@beistravel.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Include your Béis order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Orders placed with our retail partners Revolve.com, Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

 

WHAT IS YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY?

Please note that our lugagges (Carry-On & Check-In) have its own Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty. Please view the details and qualifications of this policy here. 

 

HOW TO RETURN?

All returns, except defective or damaged items, must be visibly unused and have original tags to be eligible for a return. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To send your item(s) back, place them into a shipping box/bag, include your Béis order number, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund and ship to:

Please choose your own trackable and insured shipping method. Note that we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds.  If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@beistravel.com.
