We are unable to edit the contents of orders and shipping methods after they have been placed. Customers have a one-hour window to request a cancellation or address edit. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees. For order processing and fulfillment, Express and Next Day Air orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days to ship. For personalized styles, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and fulfillment. Express and Next Day Air shipping are not available for personalized products, and all personalized items are final sale. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. We appreciate your patience during the busy holiday season as we work to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
