What is the return policy? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges are free. Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $10 handling fee; returns for store credit are free. Refunds are issued after the item is received and verified at the warehouse, and may take up to 10 business days to process. Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if the bag arrives defective? ⌄
Items that arrive broken or defective are covered by the Quality Guarantee. A refund or replacement can be requested within 45 days of the purchase date by visiting the Returns and Exchanges page and selecting the Quality Guarantee option. Prompts will guide through the process from there.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Standard orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days, then shipped in 2-5 business days. During product launches, restocks, and promotional periods, allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent as soon as the order ships.
Are personalized orders returnable? ⌄
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. Standard orders (without personalization) follow the 45-day return and exchange policy.
Does the bottom compartment detach? ⌄
The bottom compartment on the Weekender is built in and does not detach. It zips open and closed independently to keep shoes, toiletries, and other essentials separate from the main compartment, but it stays attached to the bag.

The Weekender is BÉIS's original bag, the one that started the whole brand. It began as a sketch on a cocktail napkin and the goal was simple: design the perfect travel bag. That bag became the brand's first product and a best seller.
How does this differ from the convertible weekender? ⌄
The main difference is the bottom compartment. On the Weekender, the bottom zip compartment is built in and permanent. On the convertible version, the bottom compartment detaches completely. Both bags share the same easy-access opening and trolley passthrough design.
