What is the return policy? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase if they are brand new, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging, and were purchased directly from the BÉIS website. Exchanges and store-credit returns are free; refunds to the original payment method are subject to a $10 handling fee. Personalized items and Archive Event products are final sale.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (up to 5–7 business days during launches, restocks, US holidays, and promotions). Personalized styles can take up to 10 business days to process and are not eligible for expedited shipping. PO Boxes are not supported.
Is there a warranty? ⌄
BÉIS's Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty applies only to its Carry-On and Check-In luggage. The Cosmetic Case isn't covered by that warranty, but if it arrives defective you can submit a Quality Guarantee claim within 45 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Materials include a PU body; nylon zippers with PVC trim; and a polyester lining with a water‑resistant finish, for performance and durability.

The interior includes a removable magnetic brush holder, a slip pocket with a removable mirror, one long slip pocket and two small slip pockets, plus a wipe‑clean lining; the exterior has a top handle and a double U‑zip opening.
Can it go through TSA? ⌄
The cosmetic case can travel in carry‑on bags, but TSA screening still requires liquids and gels to follow the 3‑1‑1 rule in a separate quart‑size clear bag. Pack liquids accordingly for security screening.
