"Actually when i first got this i ordered a large and had to send it back. It yook a while to get a response and i felt it was hard to get a hold of customer service. I’ve since ordered a new one in Medium for my suitcase. It fits so well and stays on through the trip. The quality is great, customer service a bit hard to reach but worth it !"
