"I returned the Disney tote and duffel, even though they shipped together I had to return them in separate boxes. I received a credit for the tote but not the duffel, impossible to speak with anyone there is no number you can call. Would not recommend ordering from them there isn’t any customer service, they have their product and my money and no way to speak to anyone"

"She's so cute! It reminds me of a denim Speedy. The long strap is adjustable and you can wear it as a shoulder bag. You can also carry the handles on your hand or wrist as well. So excited to use this on my next Disney trip! The handles are quite light and I do worry that they'll get dirty really easily. I will spray some kind of fabric protector before I start using it. The opening is a bit narrow as well, but it should still be easy to grab things in/out and leave the zipper either open or closed. I do wish the Mickey logo was more prominent."

"There are mot enough stars for this. Ot is so cute and the straps are so soft. I love that you can carry as a handbag or a crossbody! It looks small on the inside but it holds alot. I especially love that there is an attached card holder. It is great and easy to find. I hope they continue to make this little bag."
