Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different color, pending availability. If the case arrives broken or defective, a refund or replacement can be requested within 45 days of purchase by selecting the Quality Guarantee option on the returns and exchanges page.
How long does standard shipping take? ⌄
Standard shipping orders take 2-5 business days to process and an additional 2-5 business days to ship. Express and Next Day Air orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, and promotional periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

Monogramming is available on this case. Foil color options are gold, silver, black, and iridescent, applied at the bottom right. Personalized items take up to 10 business days to process before shipping, expedited shipping is not available for personalized orders, and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Spot clean only. The exterior faux leather and interior lining are both designed to wipe clean, and the interior fabric has a stain-proof coating.
