Care:
Wash your HydroJug before first use. Water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe, but you can also hand wash with warm, soapy water if you prefer.

For best care, clean both the bottle and lid regularly – especially after using drinks other than water. After washing, allow them to air dry separately, and keep the straw flipped open to encourage airflow.

If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture consisting of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water. Following these steps will help keep your stainless steel water bottle and lid fresh and long-lasting.

"I would discourage purchasing this item. Ive encountered mole in my lid and its impossible to clean due to how the lid has been made. After several attempts to resolve the issue I’ve been told due to the nature i did not purchase it in that condition theres nothing that can be done. This issue is a health hazared. Make sure your checking your lids because despite drinking only water and washing it, water sits in the lid creating this mold that will make you sick. Its disappointing that the company is not looking into this further and doesnt care. I really enjoy beis products yet this situation with no resolutuon has changed my views to the company."
