"I got this as a part of a set as a wedding gift. I absolutely love it and cannot wait to break it in! I love the sleek design and the spacious compartments. As someone who has hidden an AirTag in the lining of old suitcases while traveling, I'm so happy there's a specialized pocket for one. I wish it had a latch at the bottom to connect my other suitcase, but I'm still so happy with this."

So fast the luggage worked great and I had no issues. I can’t speak for durability and how it may hold up to other luggage brands. I’m very pleased with this bag so far. "Well worth the money. The deep pockets and multiple layers of storage make it very efficient when traveling with a family. The hard shell is durable, but still flexible when storing in a vehicle trunk. The rollers are the smoothest I’ve ever experienced and the comfortable handle grip is a nice benefit. "I was so excited for my Béis luggage when I ordered it and received. However, the first time I used the shell got damaged so easy. Scratches were on the shell and handle. This luggage are so expensive and paid top money for them to be so sensative like this. I would love to get a refund or replace. I’ve only used it twice and those times were just for road trips not even flights. I’m so concern what would happen wheb I do use it for a flight. Béis should really upgrade their luggages and make them with a more resilient shell."
"I haven't been able to use the product yet. I don't have a trip scheduled until October, but I was impressed with the amount of room that it has. I watched multiple videos before I went ahead with the purchase, and I was still shocked. I loved the zipper lock system, and when I couldn't figure out how to change the code to my own, the customer service was fast and very helpful. Only giving a 4 star because I have not traveled with it, yet."
