"I love my backpack! It’s not only functional but super cute when it’s personalized. I was able to get free personalization and is located on the back of the backpack. You’ll definitely know whose backpack it is and allows for accountability. The zipper lock mechanism is helpful too."
"The item was not personalized as was requested in the order and as you confirm in this photograph. I know an not even a lot of money is involved, but this is really unacceptable and I will not be using this app in the future if you can’t be more careful about providing the items that were actually ordered."
