"The weekender bag was too big and they almost didn’t let me in the airport as a carry on worst mission ever I had to stuff the rolling carry on and carry the bag which was horrible as it was too heavy for me. & all the bags got scratched by nothing they look old already and I only used them once."

The hard shell is durable, but still flexible when storing in a vehicle trunk. The rollers are the smoothest I’ve ever experienced and the comfortable handle grip is a nice benefit. "I was so excited for my Béis luggage when I ordered it and received. However, the first time I used the shell got damaged so easy. Scratches were on the shell and handle. This luggage are so expensive and paid top money for them to be so sensative like this. I would love to get a refund or replace. I’ve only used it twice and those times were just for road trips not even flights. I’m so concern what would happen wheb I do use it for a flight. Béis should really upgrade their luggages and make them with a more resilient shell."
