"Though the initial one I received was scuffed up a bit, they did end up sending me a replacement, which I genuinely appreciate. The customer service was really great. The carry-on roller is a perfect size - has plenty of storage compartments, and I love the TSA lock feature. My favorite thing are the rollers. They’re so smooth and the handle is really squishy and comfortable. I’m happy with my purchase."
"My only complaints are you can’t mix first time buyer discount with free personalization offer going on. Also, i chose to customize with the orange color and it looks red, i thought it would be a bright burnt orange but looks more on the red side. Other than fhat i love love love the luggage, I’ve had my eye on it for a little so the discount issue i looked over. Material is nice and luggage looks very reliable overall"

"Beautiful color green and I was a bit disappointed in the monogram. It’s just stickers. I guess I was assuming it was going to be painted on there or something a little more permanent. You could even see where there’s bubbles underneath of the stickers for the monogramming. I guess that’s why it was free. 😕 The carry on luggage itself, I haven’t used it yet so we will see. Hopefully it holds up, but the plastic does not feel very durable. It seems like a very weak plastic. Hopefully it’ll live up to all the hype on the other hand. I love my weekender bag, and it is a gorgeous shade of pink."
