"The personalization on the order is so cute. It’s a bigger size cosmetic bag so it holds all your makeup and brushes. My favorite feature is the bottom that holds additional items you don’t want in the larger pouch."

"It was on the Christmas list with other luggage, but I ordered this piece first to see the quality and color. My daughter and her fiancé were overjoyed, especially with the monogram, which looked great. I am disappointed that not all pieces can be, and I think this should be told upfront before ordering pieces, thinking they will all match in this nice add-on. I think you can make your choices accordingly then. I also think that if you support your product, you should be able to personalize the 2nd hand pieces, but I feel that is making it a deterrent to get the 2nd hand items and buy the brand new to make a bigger sale. There is such a thing as having good marketing to make money as a company, and another to be so greedy as to not make your customers happy over very ridiculous purchase rules to upsell."
