Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.

During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.

Does the changing pad fold away?

Which pocket keeps bottles cold?
