The cosmetic case can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached with packaging intact. Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $10 handling fee; returns for store credit are free. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different color, pending availability. Personalized versions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days to process and 2-5 business days to transit. Express and Next Day Air orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 business days to transit. During product launches, restocks, and high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once the order ships.

The exterior faux leather and interior lining are both designed to wipe clean. The recommended care method for the case overall is spot cleaning.

The brush holder is removable. It attaches and detaches via hidden magnets, has a flap to protect brushes, an elastic closure, and a zip pocket on the back. The holder itself is made from PVC.

Monogramming is available on this case. Foil color options include gold, silver, black, and iridescent. Personalized orders take up to 10 business days to process before shipping, and expedited shipping is not available for personalized items.
