I just notified Beis because I really, really loved the product and they need to know if something has gone wrong, for future customers. It comfortably held 3 iPhones, my car keys, lip glosses, cash, and credit cards, with room to spare. I even hung 4 souvenir cups from the exterior of the bag, and it handled the extra weight with no problem. Well it's been two years and the. bag is still going strong. i'm now preggo with baby #2 and thinking about buying this bag again for a refresh (not that I even need a second bag as the first one is still going strong). The clasp is Metal, you can switch the bag from right sling to left sling, and super easy hands free with toddler. I'm actually thinking about getting one for my MIL so she can stay more organized in her "forgetful years""
