"I’m very disappointed in the customer service! I’ve been a Beis customer for YEARS! I purchased 2 medium checked luggage’s many years ago and decided to purchase a new carry on in the same color and it’s a different beige! Contacted customer service and they were no help/ rude. It will be my last purchase with Beis. My sister needed new luggage’s as well but told her to take her business elsewhere."

"Took my new carry-on on a recent trip to Key West. Everything I packed fit in the luggage perfectly and with the compression half my clothes were not wrinkled. Like the bags for dirty clothes and for damp items so your remaining clothes stay clean. Beis has thought of everything. Beis is the best!!! Highly recommend."

"I bought this suitcase for an upcoming vacation and very shortly after I purchased the suitcase the price was dropped substantially. When I reached out to customer support requesting a price adjustment they denied the request and stated I would have to return the suitcase and repurchase to get the newly discounted price. Disappointing customer service from a supposed premium brand. Incredibly disheartening."
