"Dont waste your money!!! This is the worst luggage. We used it for our first trip with the fabric sleeve and they both carryon bags got scuffed. Luggage should not only be able to use one time with the recommended fabric sleeve and still get damaged. We were with our items the whole time putting them into the overhead bins, into Uber and through security per normal travel procedures. We are really disappointed in this large investment thinking we were getting quality pieces to last a long time. One use seems very unfair and not how the product was described especially purchasing the additional precautionary fabric sleeve. Really disappointed in the product and customer service wont do anything since our 1st trip was outside of the return window!!"
