"Not happy with the redesign of this bag. I have the original weekender I purchased in February 2026 and just bought the “new and imporved” style of the weekender. This looks and feels CHEAP. It does not look stylish or sleek the preiovs model. Different materials. The struxture ofnit is different as well, and it doesnt stay propoes up like it doesnin the oictures. Its just a slumped ball of crumpled material. I would return it if I hadnt removed the tags. Not worth the peice tag, id rather have been a wiarter of the price for sowmthing on Amazon."

"I’m very disappointed in the customer service! I’ve been a Beis customer for YEARS! I purchased 2 medium checked luggage’s many years ago and decided to purchase a new carry on in the same color and it’s a different beige! Contacted customer service and they were no help/ rude. It will be my last purchase with Beis. My sister needed new luggage’s as well but told her to take her business elsewhere."
"I havent traveled with it yet but it defintiely feels lighter than the last version. I like that I can open the bottom of the bag to get to the hard part underneath for more room and that the top of the bag can be opened more. I do miss the leather type look of things, but I understand that that is what was causing it to feel heavier so willing to part woth that for comfort. The one thing I dont really love is the pockets on the inside. It kind of looks like a diaper bag. Im still keeping it but just thought people should know."

"I bought this suitcase for an upcoming vacation and very shortly after I purchased the suitcase the price was dropped substantially. When I reached out to customer support requesting a price adjustment they denied the request and stated I would have to return the suitcase and repurchase to get the newly discounted price. Disappointing customer service from a supposed premium brand. Incredibly disheartening."
